National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
Become a qualified lifeguard and complete your lifeguard training at Rivers Fitness! It’s an excellent starting point for a career in the leisure industry & you’ll learn essential life skills, including First Aid & CPR. Swimming Pre-Requisites such as tread water for 30 secs will be required.

Emergency First Aid At Work
The IQL Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification enables a first-aider to give emergency first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill while at work. This one-day course covers a range of CPR & first aid skills, providing you with the skills to ensure a safe working environment.

FREE Life Saving Training
FREE to all & aims to help teach our local community how to use the defibrillator machines in the event of an emergency. These are 90 minute sessions that will also the basics in heart attack, cardiac arrest, sudden collapse, manikin CPR, & dealing with a breathing unconscious casualty. No sessions scheduled yet.
