Being able to swim is one of the best skills you can give to your child. Our swim lessons not only teach a lifesaving skill, but also help to build confidence & introduce them to a positive active lifestyle. Start swimming lessons from just 4 months old!
Lessons are just £30 a month & children age 4+ get FREE public swimming.
Other options available also include block bookings of 10 or one-to-one. Please note, these options do not include free swimming.

The Discovery Duckling Awards are the start of the learn to swim experience for all children.
They are ideal for gaining water confidence while staying close to adult support.

Ducklings lessons are designed to help toddlers enjoy learning to swim with help from their parents or guardians.
Duckling 1 will see children start to move by themselves in the water. By Duckling 4 they will be jumping in, going underwater, floating and travel 10 metres without support.
Duckling Awards are great at promoting increased independence and water confidence to help prepare for Stage 1 of the Learn to Swim Framework.

The Learn to Swim Stage 1-7 Awards are divided into progressive stages. They make up the core, national syllabus of learning to swim for primary school aged children.
They are designed to reward your child for their development of the essential aquatic skills they need to be confident, competent and safe in the water.

Swim England Swimming Challenge Awards are for young people working towards the latter stages of Learn to Swim Stages 1-7
Your children will be challenged to develop a wide range of skills and stamina in order to achieve the Awards, with a focus on good stroke style.
Adult Swim Lessons
It’s never too late to start learning to swim… Adult lessons are perfect for those beginners & intermediate swims that want to improve their skills.

Learn To Swim: Stages 1 - 7

Stage 1
Stage 1 helps to build water confidence, while introducing water safety skills and the basic skills needed to build swimming ability.

Stage 2
Stage 2 sees swimmers develop streamlining to their strokes and travel without their feet on the floor, using a recognised leg kick.

Stage 3
Stage 3 swimmers will develop their kicks, on both their front and back, as well as streamline through push and glides.

Stage 4
Stage 4 sees swimmers perfect their leg kicks for all four strokes & further develop push & glides, while also being introduced to sculling.

Stage 5
Stage 5 develops skills in treading water, learn the correct arm pulls for all four strokes learn how to do handstands and somersaults.

Stage 6
Stage 6 teaches how to prepare for exercise, while developing an efficient technique for all four strokes & further developing surface dives.

Stage 7
Stage 7 focuses on fully developing all four swimming strokes, as well as building stamina and improving diving skills.
