Lorna Brooks MSc

Lorna has been working within the health and fitness industry since 2007. She has developed her skills and expertise in delivering effective and specific physical activity sessions.

Lorna’s experience includes working with elderly groups for falls prevention, volunteering for adults with learning disabilities, and sport specific training for athletes.

With a degree in Sports Development, Coaching and an MSc in Adapted Sports, Lorna can offer more inclusive Sports Coaching and fitness to people with impairments and long-term health issues.

Her qualifications include:

  • MSc in Adapted Sports

  • BA (Hons) Sports Development and Coaching

  • Level 4 Postural Stability Instructor

  • Level 3 Award in Sports Conditioning

  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training

  • Advanced gym instructor
